Clinical Supervision
A space just for you, to support clear thinking and a sustainable practice.
You want to think clearly about your work - especially when things feel unclear, stuck, or harder than they should.
You want a practice that feels sustainable - financially, emotionally, and in day-to-day reality.
Supervision with me gives you space to do that. I’ll bring honesty, clarity, and a strong ethical lens, alongside a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can be open about what’s working and what isn’t.
I see supervision as part of the core team that supports your work – one of the pillars that helps you practise well, stay grounded, and sustain your practice over time.
Therapists I’ve worked with often say they leave supervision feeling clearer, more confident in their decisions, and better able to trust their judgement.
If you’re looking to build that kind of support into your work, contact me for an introductory call.
Supervision with me will suit you if:
You want clearer thinking about your client work, especially when things feel stuck or unclear.
You’re open to honest reflection and gentle challenge.
You’re looking for dynamic, supportive supervision that adapts to where you are in your practice and your life.
You’re building a practice you want to sustain – financially, emotionally, and long-term.
Supportive Supervision
Supervision is a space to step back and think carefully about your work – both the therapy itself and the way you’re practising overall.
We’ll look together at your client work, including what might be happening in the relationship, where things feel stuck, and how you might move forward. You’ll leave with clearer thinking, more confidence in your decisions, and a stronger sense of how to move the work forward in practice.
Alongside the clinical work, we’ll also think about the wider picture of your practice – boundaries, caseload, pricing, and how your work fits with your life. The focus is on helping you build something that is sustainable over time.
We’ll also cover the practical side of the work, including safeguarding, keeping you and your clients safe, and any legal or ethical considerations. I have experience of working in private practice and referring clients in and out of private and NHS services, and can support you with this where needed.
I bring a breadth of experience from running a full private practice and working in the Priory, a hospice, and college settings. My approach is integrative, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic, and CBT thinking, with an understanding of other models, including IFS and Transactional Analysis, where helpful.
Supervision is available online and in person from my Godalming practice. I am offering a limited number of reduced-rate supervision spaces (£50 per 90-minute session) while I complete my training (until November 2026).
What you can expect from supervision with me:
A supportive, non-judgemental space where you can be honest about your work.
Clear, grounded thinking to help you make sense of client dynamics.
A strong focus on boundaries, ethics, and good practice.
Gentle challenge where it’s helpful, without being pushed or judged.
Support to develop your own clinical judgement and confidence.
Space to think about your whole practice, not just individual clients.
Help to build a practice that is sustainable, financially and emotionally.
I offer a small number of supervision spaces alongside my therapy practice. If this feels like the kind of supervision you’re looking for, fill in the form below and we’ll arrange a short introductory call to see if we’re a good fit.
