Once I receive your message, I'll be in touch to arrange a free 15-20 minute call. It's a chance to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, ask me any questions you have, and we can work out whether the way I work might suit you.
If we're not the right fit, I'm happy to refer you to someone in my network who might be. I know some great therapists, and finding the right therapist matters more than finding me.
Availability
Therapy sessions are weekly and are held online on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday daytimes. Sessions are 50 minutes. All you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. Online therapy works in the same way as face-to-face — all you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection. If these timings work for you, I would love to hear from you.
